Bio

A native of  Colorado, Roger  began his fitness journey lifting weights at the age of 15. In high school, he was an astounding athlete, bodybuilding champion, and a great student. His interest in building muscle and staying physically strong never waned. Always one to strive for personal excellence, Roger entered a fitness competition and won the Mr. Teenage Colorado in 1991. He was later named Mr. Mile High in 1996 and achieved his dream when he was proudly awarded the title of Mr. Natural Colorado in 1998. In 1994 Roger graduated from University of Nebraska with a degree in business administration and a minor in marketing.

Since then Roger’s fitness dream has exploded.Roger has been prominently featured in many well-known publications, including All Natural Muscular Development, EAS Muscle Media magazines, Fitness RX, The Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur Magazine, USA Today, and Inc. Magazine. On television, Roger has appeared on shows around the country, promoting his successful nutrition line. He maintains a loyal following as a well-respected health and fitness authority.

Roger has done extensive research into the subject of human performance. In 2000, he teamed up with one of the world’s largest nutraceutical manufacturers to begin the formulation of his first weight loss product.  Roger continues to work closely with their highly skilled chemists and scientists to formulate new, ground-breaking health products that continue to exceed expectations in the health and nutraceutical industry.

Today, Roger is co-owner and president of Core Health Innovations™, a company that markets and distributes his all-natural, safe and effective health supplements. Roger has a  two young sons, Bryce and Trevor, who are his pride and joy.
